The file includes general discussion of the organizing of and the arrangements made for the art exhibit including rules for submissions, the selection of judges and of artists invited to participate, publicity, prizes (25,000 dollars to be awarded as first prize), expenditures, the shipping of paintings to Canada and the transporting of entries for further exhibition (Tate Gallery) following the Fredericton showing.
